Pickin' in the Pumpkin Patch

Join our education staff as they take you on a journey through the pumpkin patch. Discover what pumpkins need in order to grow. Find out the life cycle of a pumpkin. Pick your own pumpkin to take home. Find out how humans have used pumpkins through the centuries. Learn how goats and rabbits adapt to their surroundings at the Petting Zoo.

*Picnic tables are available for your lunch. Jump Castles and a Children’s Play Area with loads of activities for the students are available to use with your supervision.

Program Offered: October

Price: $7.00 for Students, $3.00 for Chaperones (Must pay for pumpkin), Teachers Free (Must pay for pumpkin)

Length: 1 hour (this includes the education program and time for lunches/jump castles/play area)
