WINE UNDER THE OAKS has become one of the highlights of the December social calendar in the Lowcountry and this event has moved to Boone Hall's beautiful back lawn to allow more room for growth and expansion. Lowcountry Oyster FestivalThe “World’s Largest Oyster Roast” is held every January on the spacious back lawn at beautiful Boone Hall Plantation. The event for 2016 will be staged on Sunday January 31st. This festive event is presented annually by the Charleston Restaurant Association and attracts visitors from all over the world. It is undouibtedly one of the premier social gatherings held annually in the South Carolina Lowcountry that continues to grow each year. Over 80,000 lbs. of oysters will be enjoyed by the thousands of people who attend this spectacular event. more info >
Lowcountry Strawberry Festival Boone Hall Plantation iis proud to present one of the premier special events held in South Carolina Lowcountry in the spring. The event has been expanded to include more than 30 attractions and thrill rides and the Festival Rides are open all hours of the event both day and at night in prime time as well. The Family Attractions portion of the event offers a nunber of family freindly attactions, acrobatic dogs, a petting zoo, pig races, and more.
